Can i really use The Face & Body Bar for shaving?
Definitely - it is loaded with natural skin conditioning oils that help with the glide of the razor and the softening of the hairs. Henry used it everyday for a wet shave before he grew his now magnificent beard. And it works great on legs too if you want a silky smooth calf.

If I buy 2 boxes for myself to save on shipping. Can they be sent at the same time?
Yes - we will bundle all products for a single address. The shipping cost will be slightly higher when sending two or more boxes (vs one).

What if I want to buy 2 boxes for myself, and I don’t want to pay (or waste) the accessories twice?
For now you can only get the starter box with the tins and key,
But we plan to offer boxes without these accessories very soon, so you can top up. The starter box should keep you going for 2 to 3 months.

Are your products genuinely natural?
All our products are made using natural or naturally derived ingredients - all our scents are natural essential oils and our bars are handmade in Scotland. We don’t include palm-oil and primarily use a coconut oil base. Our deodorant does not include aluminium salts.

Why do you charge shipping after the campaign has ended?
The cost of shipping varies significantly based on speed, location and our final order volumes.
Our goal is to provide you with the lowest shipping price possible and we can only do that by charging you shipping at the point we are ready to book shipping.

At this stage we are only offering the full range, as our goal is to provide a solution that enables you to reduce plastic across all your core bathroom products, without having to buy from multiple places.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
